Richard Mark Burgess Jr., 23, of Havana, died at his home on Monday, September 10, 2007 at 12:05 p.m. He was born May 22, 1984 in Boston, Mass. to Richard M. Burgess Sr. and Patricia A. Christian.

Mr. Burgess is survived by his mother of Havana, one son: Richard Merle Burgess II, of Havana, three sisters: Kelly Anne Burgess of Mason City, Patty Burgess of Chillicothe, Misty Marie Burgess of Peoria and one brother: Robert John Burgess of Chillicothe and six nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father.

Cremation rites have been accorded and no services are planned at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Online memorial messages may be left for the family at www.hurleyfh.com.

I love you pop I can't believe your really gone you were so wise and so amny people loved you. Ma I love you and so sorry I am doing this twice I can only imagine how hard this must be for you to lose 2 great men, but you are very lucky to have had them for so long I only wish I had the time you did always remember I love you and so glad that you are apart of our family you and little and pop will always be apart of us!
