Richard William Reesor

Richard William Reesor, 54, of Petersburg, died Wednesday, May 16, 2007 at St. Johns Hospice in Springfield, IL. He was born on October 20, 1952 in Springfield to Harold and Helena Mae Bergman Reesor.

He was a bus driver and personal assistant.

He is survived by his mother Helena Mae Reesor of Petersburg; four sisters, Sandra (husband Edwin) Koester of Springfield, Karen (husband Cliff) Claussen of Rowlett, TX, Janet (husband Larry) Mohler and Judy Cacciatori, both of Petersburg.  Also survived by one aunt, Frances “Panny” Christensen of Petersburg, one niece, 2 nephews and his best buddy, Chad Mohler of Petersburg.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 18, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Johns Hospice.  Hurley Funeral Home of Petersburg in charge of arrangements.
