Rita Jean Fields

(1956 - 2005)

Rita Jean Fields, 49, of Easton, IL, died at Havana Health Care Center, in Havana, at 4:45 a.m. on Monday October 10, 2005. She was born on April 27, 1956 in Lincoln, IL to Walter and Virginia (Dabbs) Hull.

She is survived by her father Walter, of Mason City, 2 sons; William Franklin Fields of Mason City and James Thomas (Wendy) Fields of Mason City, one Granddaughter, Arizona Fields of Mason City, 5 nieces and nephews and one great niece. Also surviving are 2 brothers, DeArmand Hull of Pine Crest West, FL and Fred (Chris) Hull of Mason City, and 3 sisters; Mary Ann (Ken) Knoles of Mason City, Cindy Hull of Mason City and Sandy (Allen) Green of Denver, CO. She was preceded in death by her mother Virginia in 1974. 

She was a graduate of Mason City High School. 

Services will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2005 at the Mason City Assembly of God Church at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour before the services. Nash Shawgo will officiate. 

Burial of cremains will be at Mason City Cemetery at a later date. 

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
