Robert Davis Fletcher

      PETERSBURG — Robert Davis Stephens, 63, of Petersburg died Thursday, Nov. 17, 2005, at his home. He was born Dec. 22, 1941, in Quincy, the son of Forrest and Leola Davis Stephens; He married Mary. Mowen in 1965 in Barry; she died in 1996. A daughter, Mary Alice Stephens, also preceded her in death.

      Mr. Stephens was a truck driver. He was a. member of New Salem Assembly of God. He was a former member of the Baylis Volunteer Fire Department and had served as Fire chief for many years.

      Survivors: daughter, Sue Ann (husband, Alan) Clark of Peters burg; and brother,  Donald Stephens of Baylis.

      Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday, New Salem Assembly of God, Petersburg. .
