Ruth Louise Snodgrass

(1937-2011)

Ruth Louise Snodgrass, 73, a resident of Chino, California, died October 15, 2011.

She was born November 25, 1937 in Easton, Illinois to Charles and Mildred Bennett.  She married Reverend James Snodgrass in 1955 and moved to Chino California in 1977.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, daughters Cynna Hinkle, Atoya Mendez and son James Snodgrass II; sister, Carol Langenbahn of Springfield, Illinois; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her brother, Charles Bennett Jr. and grandson Senior Airmen Michael Hinkle. 

Visitation will be held at 9 a.m. followed by a celebration of life at 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at LifeSpring Assembly of God Church, Riverside, Ca.  Internment services will be held in Mason City, Illinois.  Visitation hours will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday, October 24, 2011 at Hurley Funeral Home in Mason City, Illinois followed by a graveside service at 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at Mason City Cemetery, Mason City, Illinois.
