Judith A. Schulte 1942-2010
Judith A. Schulte, 67 of Mason City, formerly of Springfield, died at 8:03pm on Tuesday March 2, 2010 at the Mason City Area Nursing Home in Mason City. She was born on May 22, 1942 in Lincoln. Ms. Schulte is survived by sister: Martha Smith of Block Island, RI; one brother in law: Francis Merdian of Chillicothe; nieces and nephews: Cheryl Gay, Wesley, Steve, Donna, Cheryl Ann and Alan. She is preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters: Mary Merdian, Marian Granger; two brothers in laws: Stanley Smith and Larry Granger. Ms. Schulte was a member of the Mason City Christian Church and the National MS Society. She worked George S. Grimmett Company in Springfield. She was an avid reader and loved her cats. Services will be at 10:00am, Saturday March 6, 2010 at Hurley Funeral Home in Mason City, Pastor Joe Briseno will officiate, and burial will be at the Mason City Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to the family or to the National MS Society. Hurley Funeral Home in Mason City is in charge of arrangements.
