The Staff of Hurley Funeral Homes believe that each funeral must respect and reflect the needs and beliefs of the Family and the deceased.

Traditional or Alternative Funeral Services are available to suit all faiths and cultures.

Please feel comfortable explaining your needs and beliefs so we may provide the highest level of service.

We have served the families of this area for many years.  We offer this "traditional funeral service package" in conjunction with any casket purchased from our firm.  We have found that most families we serve select what we call a traditional funeral service.  We offer this at a discounted price much less than if each item were selected individually.  Our traditional funeral service package includes, but is not limited to the following items:  
Removal from the place of death within 50 miles of the funeral home; Embalming and other necessary preparation; staff services of funeral director and staff; use of facilities for visitation and funeral (or at the church of your choice within 50 miles of our facility); casket coach for transportation to the cemetery within 50 miles of our facility; a car for the minister; a vehicle to transport the flowers; a limousine for the family or pallbearers; acknowledgment cards; a visitors register and printed memorial folders for the service.   Some families may choose to use all but one or two of the above mentioned items (such as a vehicle to transport the flowers).  We will be happy to itemize for you and give you the lower of the itemized or traditional funeral service package price.

It is our goal to provide those families we serve with the best possible service at the most reasonable price.

Each of the alternative services described below provide respectful and dignified care of the deceased and the Family. These different services address individual cultures and preferences. Our dedicated staff will be pleased to create a remembrance service designed to suit your specific needs.

Minimum Care Service
Consultation and professional services; arrangements with hospital and cemetery or crematorium; legal registration of death and all necessary documentation; necessary use of funeral home facilities; sanitary care of remains; assistance with newspaper notices; local transfer from hospital or home and transportation to local cemetery or crematorium.

Burial Graveside Funeral Service
All minimum care services plus attendance of funeral director and staff at cemetery; car for Clergy, if required; provided at a time convenient to the Family.
