Teresa Taylor (1955 -2010) Teresa Jane Taylor, 54, of Petersburg, passed away Friday January 1, 2010 at St. Johns Hospice. She was born June 23, 1955 in Springfield, the daughter of Jerry and Joyce McKinney Ames. She is survived by three sons, Jeremiah (Elizebeth) Taylor, Jason Taylor, and Joshua Taylor all of Springfield, one daughter Jessica Taylor of Greenview, one grandson Thomas Brackhan also of Greenview, her companion Dave Szerletich of Petersburg, her step father Eddie Troxell of Oakford, one brother Jerry Ames of Petersburg, and one sister Janet (Bill) Smith of Oakford. Her parents preceded Teresa in death. Visitation will be held Tuesday January 5, 2010 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg. Cremation rites have been accorded, Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg is in charge of arrangements.
