Tina Lee Servis, 50, of Havana, passed away at OSF-St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria at 4:25 a.m. on Sunday May, 22, 2011. She was born April 21, 1961 in Canton to Kenny and Laura (Coons) Fortney. She married Glen Servis on August 29, 2002 in Havana.

Mrs. Servis is survived by her parents, husband, Glen, of Havana, sons, Jeffrey Allen Mau of Norfolk, Va, Todd Mitchell Segler of Havana, daughter, Whitney Lee Ray of Delavan, granddaughter, Madison Supernowski of Delavan, three brothers, Craig (Melanie) Mitchell of Plainfield, WI, Dwayne and Jeff Fortney of Havana, five sisters, Julia Mitchell of Paducah, KY, Paula Mitchell of Three Rivers, TX, Donna (Mark) Horner of Havana, Darcy Cummings of Daltona Beach, FL and Malinda Blakeley of Havana. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and two uncles.  

Cremation rites have been accorded and burial will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana at a later date.
