Havana, IL - Thomas D. Selph, Jr., 42, of Tampico, IL formerly of Havana died at 6:25 am Thurs. June 8, 2006 at CGH Medical Center in Sterling, IL. He was born Sept. 26, 1963 in Canton, IL the son of Thomas D. and Jacqueline Sue Purtle Selph.
He is survived by his mother, Jacqueline Malone of Havana; his father and step-mother, Thomas and Sue Selph of St. David; and his grandfather, Harvey Selph of Dunferline, IL. Also surviving is one sister, Kim (Todd) Baldwin of Havana; three ½ sisters, Michelle Bevard of Cuba, IL; Amanda Grove of Canton, IL and Mary Hukill of St. David and one ½ brother, Michael Selph of Cuba, IL
Cremation rites will be accorded and no services are planned at this time. Memorial contibutions may be made to the Children’s Miracle Network. Hurley Funeral Home in Havana is in charge of services.
