Wilbur C. Daniel

1916 - 2011

Wilbur C. Daniel, 95, of Havana, passed away at 11:48 p.m. on November 15, 2011 at OSF – St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born July 27, 1916 at Roy, Montana to Russell and Susie Daniel. He married Mary Ellen Harrah on September 15, 1948 at Rockford, IL. She preceded him in death on October 3, 2007.

He is survived by two daughters, Teresa J. Daniel of California and Linda K. Daniel of Nevada, one sister, Hazel Filbert of Bushnell, IL and one brother, Harry Daniel of Peoria, IL.

He owned and operated a widely known insurance services agency in Havana for over 40 years, retiring in 1981.

Cremation rites have accorded and there will be no services or visitation.

Hurley Funeral Home in Havana is in charge of arrangements.
