Henry
Klokkenga, 70, of Petersburg. died Sunday, Oct. 23,
2005, at
Memorial Medical Center.
He was born
Oct. 20,
1935, in Boynton, the son
of Henry and
Martha Schantz
Klokkenga.
He married Wanda
Smith in
1962 in Petersburg. An infant daughter, Patricia Jean, preceded him in death.
Mr. Klokkenga graduated from
Mason City
High School in 1953.
He was an
Army Reserves veteran.
He worked at
Pillsbury Mills until
1991 and
retired from the Illinois
Department
of Insurance in 2003.
He was a
member of Bethlehem
Lutheran
Church in Petersburg.
Survivors: wife, Wanda; son,
Stephen
William Klokkenga of
Springfield;
daughter, Sue Ann
Morris of
Springfield; sister, Ruth
Beard of
Mason City; and several
nieces,
nephews and cousins.
Services: .10 a.m.
Thursday,
Bethlehem
Lutheran Church, Petersburg, the. Rev. Jeffrey Gross officiating. Burial:
Oakland Cemetery, Petersburg.
