Teresa Janelle Harrison

Teresa Janelle (Stone) Harrison, 50, passed peacefully on December 25, 2025 in the comfort of her home in Mason City, surrounded by her family and their love. Teresa was born on February 14, 1975, in Springfield, Illinois, the daughter of Donald and Gloria (Page) Stone. She grew up alongside her sister, Shelley, and graduated from Havana High School in 1993. On May 30, 2009, she married the love of her life, Jason Harrison. Together they built a joyful and loving home that grew to include their four cherished children. Teresa was a loving wife, a steadfast mother that was “always” there for her kids, a proud “Grammy” and the heart of her family. Her gentle spirit and generous nature extended far beyond her home. Close friends affectionately called her “Saint Teresa” and “Mama T”, reflecting kindness and the way she cared for everyone around her. She especially delighted in spoiling her children and grandson. Loved ones left to cherish her memory include her husband of 16 years, Jason Harrison of Mason City; her daughters Kyndel Arthalony (Alex Marshall) and Kamber Arthalony (Bryce Rose) both of Mason City; Shelby Harrison of Urbana; and her son Hunter (Khloe Damm) Harrison of Middletown. She is also survived by her beloved grandson, Hudson Harrison; her parents, Donald & Gloria Stone; her sister, Shelley (Darin) Wintjen; sister-in-law, Stacy Harrison; brother-in-law, Bo (Jordan) Harrison; and many nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles; cousins; and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; brother, Troy Stone; nephew, Chance Wintjen; and mother-in-law, Barb Harrison. A Celebration of Life will take place beginning at 11:00am on Monday, December 29, 2025, at the Mason City Christian Church, 853 N. Main St., Mason City, Illinois with Randy Wilson offering a eulogy. A luncheon will be immediately after at the American Legion Post 496, 110 W. Court St., Mason City, Illinois. A private family service will be held, followed by burial at Bethel Cemetery, in rural Chandlerville, Illinois at a later date. Teresa’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Her kindness, generosity and unwavering devotion to her family and friends will be remembered always.
